Pittsburgh, PA – The Department of Public Works Environmental Services’ recycling drop off location at 3001 Railroad Street in the Strip District will be closed on Monday, August 3, 2026.
The drop off location will be closed for planned infrastructure upgrades to make way for future improvements at the location as part of a $1.66 million grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Solid Waste Infrastructure for Recycling program earlier this year.
Other City drop off locations will be open according to their regular hours, which can be found here.
